Bear Bait Radio Club Field Day
Field Day is a hands-on, open-to-the-public demonstration of how a ham radio can operate.
Visitors will have the opportunity to get on the radio, make a call, and experience the process firsthand.
Friday, September 25 - Sunday, September 27
Ham Radios can operate independently of cell service and the internet, creating a reliable communication network from almost any location.
Equipment can be set up quickly, and operators can connect locally and across long distances under real-world conditions.
Law enforcement, emergency responders, safety volunteers, and community members are all invited to observe and participate.
