Wild Infusions Herbal Studies Group: Echinacea
Participants will explore the many qualities of Echinacea, also known as coneflower.

The final session of the season will feature Yellow Dock and will on Tuesday, October 14 at 6 pm.
The monthly study group is led by herbalist Jessica Maureen Hinsdill of Wild Solstice, LLC.
- Participants will explore the many qualities of Echinacea, also known as coneflower.
- The discussion will highlight both traditional and modern uses of the plant, offer tips for identifying it in the wild, and provide hands-on guidance for preparing herbal remedies.
- The session will also touch on the broader role of herbs in supporting wellness and strengthening community health.
- Each month Jessica focuses on a single native plant, allowing time to dive deep into its history, benefits, and applications. She brings both knowledge and enthusiasm to the group, drawing from her years of experience using herbal medicine and holistic practices in caring for her own family.
All sessions are free and open to the public. Registration is encouraged. Those interested are invited to join in learning, connecting, and discovering the power of plants.
