Women in the Woods

This women-only retreat offers an opportunity to learn, grow, and connect with others who share a love for the outdoors.

Together, we’ll hike forest trails, paddle the clear waters of Sagamore Lake, practice yoga beneath the trees, and gather around the campfire to share stories, laughter, and reflection. Expert guides and instructors lead sessions on wilderness skills, natural history, and mindful outdoor living, inspiring a deeper connection to both nature and community.

Each year, women return to this program to reconnect with themselves, each other, and the wild places that sustain us. Join this long-standing Sagamore tradition and experience the joy of being fully present in nature—together.
