Bold Yoga for Teens & Adults
This is a pre-recorded, 30 minute gentle yoga class designed for all abilities from our partners, BOLD Yoga.
Please bring your own yoga mat, whatever props you like (bolsters, blocks, etc.) and water bottle. Wear clothes you're comfortable in and can move in!
