Welcome drinks and light appetizers start the evening, followed by a four-course mushroom-focused dinner prepared by guest chef Matt Olley using mushrooms from Collar City Mushrooms. Each course highlights a different approach to flavor, texture, and preparation, showcasing the versatility of these unique ingredients.

Wine pairings will accompany each course, along with thoughtfully crafted non-alcoholic mushroom-based beverages.
