Adirondack Harpist in Concert
On July 24th, a very special duo arrives, Martha & Dennis Gallagher!
Martha is a renowned harpist, and she’ll be accompanied by her husband, Dennis, on the guitar. Martha has a diverse musical background, from classical flautist in a symphony orchestra to lead singer in rock and jazz/blues bands. Martha has performed with luminaries such as six-time Grammy winners, The Chieftains.
We are pleased to once again offer public transportation from the Raquette Lake Town Dock to St. William’s on Long Point for our programs this year!
Transportation Details:
Thanks to Raquette Lake Camps for supplying the barge and to Captain Michael Bartow for piloting. Please arrive at the Town Dock by 5:30 PM, as boarding is first-come, first-served. The boat will depart promptly at 6:00 PM.
⛪ Program Location & Times:
- Concerts take place at St. William’s on Long Point, an historic 1890 church building accessible by boat.
- Concert Start Time: 6:30 PM
- Duration: Approximately one hour
- You are welcome to enjoy the concert from your own boat, dock at the church, or sit on the lawn with your blanket or chairs.
