  • Digestion, harvesting ostrich ferns. Tincture preparation: alcohol, vinegar, double extraction, glycerites, and oxymels. Bitters and fire cider.

You will make:

  • Vanilla extract,
  • bitters,
  • fire cider,
  • Poultice,
  • Oxymel,
We will work with Chickweed, Dandelion Flower, Clover, Self-Heal. Comfrey, Plantain, Rose, WildStrawberries, Mushrooms, Ostrich Fern. Vanilla, Garlic, Onion, Ginger, Mother Wort, Chickory Root, Burdock Root, Dandelion, Peppermint, Fennel, and Turmeric.
