Join us for an evening of traditional Adirondack fare in our Historic Dining Hall overlooking Lake Sagamore. Executive Chef Sydney Richards is creating a delicious menu of local foods. Courses will be paired with an array of wines to complement the meal.

Ice cream, serving both hard and soft serve, as well as wine ice cream. We serve authentic Puerto Rican cuisine empanadas, rice and beans, ribs, overstuffed potatoes, pork roll & cheese on a roll, a nice diverse menu to bring some different style to the Adirondacks.
