The Adirondack Experience - Rustic Art Fair

This is a two-day event – Saturday and Sunday, September 7-8, 2024 from 10 am – 5 pm 

The Rustic Fair showcases interpretations of classic and contemporary rustic art crafted by makers from across the Adirondack region and beyond. Explore handcrafted furniture, furnishings, and Adirondack paintings.

Xperience for All

Join us for a day devoted to outdoor recreation! Xperience for All features workshops, games, demonstrations, and presentations, all in the spirit of providing museum visitors a foundation to safely pursue recreation on their own. For those who are unfamiliar or not yet comfortable exploring the region’s woods and waterways on their own, learn tips for getting started and discover affinity groups that regularly offer outings and guidance. ADKX will be free for all on the day of the event.

Experience the awe-inspiring Total Solar Eclipse of 2024 – a rare event that only occurs once in a generation! On April 8, 2024, make your way to the Arts Center before heading out to witness this breathtaking phenomenon. Starting at 2:12 PM, the eclipse will pass over Blue Mountain Lake, reaching full totality at 3:24 PM.
